My Jottings

"...Stepping out of the office building after work at nightfall, I suddenly found the flying bright-colored Five-Starred Red Flag on the high flagpole, with the national flag of German and factory flag of KSB on both sides. Tears of enthusiasm came to my eyes. There's a voice from the bottom of my heart, 'Oh, how I am longing for a swiftly strong motherland! Motherland, you are the powerful backing of us overseas students. Your prosperity or decline is closely related with our honor or disgrace. Your flourish and stableness is the cornerstone for successes in our careers. Now I came to know the deep meaning of the remark that patriotics are only to be found after one goes abroad.

Eventually, I will go back to China. Various problems though she has, she is striding forward all the time. In comparison with the classical yet lonely Europe, China is full of vigor and vitality. Only on this land can I find a sense of attribution; after all, here is the place where I was born and brought up, and here is my home. Fabulous cars, luxurious houses, picturesque landscape, yes, they can be seen everywhere in overseas countries, BUT, yep, but, they are not what I wanna pursue in the west. For me, the most important thing is to study for the purpose of application and to put those advanced management knowledge into practices back in China."
