Dean's Office Wang Qingshi Dean	In charge of Formulating, organizing and implementing the principal development objectives and working plans of SIB; Directing the School's overall administrative affairs; Conducting foreign affairs and international cooperation; Managing personnel and financial affairs;. Instructing and supervising the School office, reference room and website construction.
Vice Dean's Office Dan Shi Deputy Dean	In charge of Developing and promoting cooperative programs with English-speaking countries; Managing specific affairs such as enrolment, study, and dispatch of the students involved in those cooperative programs with English-speaking countries; Selecting foreign teachers and recruiting overseas students.Formulating and developing the teaching plan for each cooperative program according to its specific requirements; Implementing teaching plans and solving teaching-related problems; Checking, supervising and controlling the total teaching quality of SIB; Selecting and recruiting domestic teachers;
Vice Dean's Office Sun Lei Deputy Dean	In charge of Administrating Students’ affairs and inner-university program work; Implementing working plans of executive deans; Managing and making services to all students; Exploring new ideas and models of students’ management; Cooperating and supporting the other deans’ work.
Administrative Office Du Fangfang Administrative Secretary Han Liang Internet Engineer	In charge of To provide instant and effective support for the School's leaders, and teaching & administrative staff; To communicate the instructions of the leaders to the related unit and coordinate the relationship among each unit; To handle daily administrative affairs.
Student Affairs Office Zhao Shuofei Deputy Director Chen Lei Secretory of student affairs	In charge of To provide necessary counselling and help for students' studying, living and extra-curricular activities in line with a student-centered system so as to create a healthy, friendly, democratic and active studying atmosphere; To coordinate the relationship among the students, organize various student activities and handle emergencies aroused timely; To serve the program, focusing on affairs related to students' studying and going abroad.
International Cooperation Department Meng Mei Director Liu Xin Deputy Director Tu Ya Secretary in Charge of Visa Application Xie Yang , Li Yiming Secretary	In charge of To design, implement and arrange of each cooperative program; To attend in the negotiation of international cooperation, work out the draft for agreements, and to deal with the foreign affairs during the course of program development; To receive foreign visitors; To assit foreign teachers in their daily teaching and living. To build, sustain and develop high-standard English and Chinese websites for SIB; To ensure the normal operations of Internet system for all the computers used for teaching and office work; To issue and accumulate the management regulations and information materials of SIB through website construction with mature skills, abundant information and standardized data; To actively explore and advance SIB's system of Teaching Online.
Reference Room Han Liang Librarian	In charge of To subscribe and appropriately reserve relevant books, newspapers, magazines, together with other literal, digital and audio-visual materials; To provide a variety of information services for teaching and research; To collect and accumulate literal and audio-visual materials to keep an orderly record of significant events happening in the process of School's development; To provide necessary literal, digital and audio-visual materials for website construction.
Acdemic Affairs Department Lv Ning Acdemic Secretory	In charge of To arrange course schedules in advance each semester, including teachers, textbooks, classrooms, examinations and other relevant teaching materials; To timely coordinate the relationship between teachers and students, and handle the problems in the process of teaching; To continuously explore the ways of teaching reform, frequently supervise the teaching quality, and regularly write evaluation reports; To build sound and complete l files for teaching.
